Hello Dishant,
It's very nice to see your dream of studying in COEP. It's perhaps the best ranked government college with huge reputation. But admission here is based on MHT CET and not on JEE. Hence I would advise you to study well for this entrance to ensure good ranking which in turn will get you admission here.

As COEP is a government college, the admission process is only through the CET marks. They don't take admission through JEE marks.

For taking admission directly into 2nd year of any B.Tech, you should complete your Diploma in any stream which is approved by MSBTE.

Admission guidelines for various courses in COEP are mentioned below:
Admissions to B.Tech courses are done on the basis of merit list as per the performance of the candidates in MHTCET 2018 examination. For admission to M.Tech and PG Diploma courses, only GATE qualified candidates can apply which will be required to appear for the interview conducted by the college. Regards.
