COER Roorkee Admission 2023, is open for all programmes, both UG and PG levels. On the official website, interested candidates can submit their applications online. Haridwar university is one of the top university in Uttarakhand as well as india with the highest placement of INR 85LPA along with 96% placement rate. As compared to COER university, the highest package for B.Tech was 15.6LPA last year with a placement rate of 70%.
