Yess, the faculty is good and well experienced ( with 10-35 years of experience ) in various engineering disciplines . They are helpful and friendly with long years of industry experience as well guiding the students in the right way.

There isn't a proper list of alumini on the college's website but there are many successful individuals graduating from ECE such as R.Saravanan - software developer at AMPCOME TECH, U Ponmani - project head at Capgemini, B. Sarathy - software developer at Infosys, M Karthikeyan - a design engineer at Texmo industries. There are many other successful individuals as well.

For the admission process you'll require -
1.Admit and rank card of (JEE mains/JELET/WBJEE) along with photocopy. 2. Seat allotment certificate. 3. Marksheet and admit card of class 10th and 12th (original) as well as school leaving certificate .4. Category certificate ( SC, ST, OBC, PH). 5. Aadhar card and domicile certificate photocopy. 6. Stamp size color photos ( 04). 7. Blood group certificate. 8. Anti-ragging affidavits.

The cutoff off mark for ECE for general category varies from course to course. For JEE Mains the cutoff rank ranges from 65239 to 109531.
Course wise cutoff rank-

To get into UVCE (V College of Engineering) for B.Tech, candidates must qualify through the KCET exam conducted by KEA. Eligibility includes passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Math. Admissions are merit-based on KCET ranks. For PG (M.Tech), candidates need a valid GATE or PGCET score and a relevant engineering degree (BE/B.Tech) from a recognised university.

Patil College of Engineering and Innovation for UG (B.E./B.Tech) courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and a valid MHT-CET or JEE score. To be eligible for B.E. / B.Tech at Dr. D.Y.
