SHUATS offers a full-time BTech course with 14 specialisations. Admission for a BTech course is subject to a valid score in the SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET) for Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology and Dairy Technology specialisations. For the remaining BTech specialisations, admission is subject to online counselling conducted based on the basis of merit (in the last qualifying exam).

Candidates need to pass Class 12 or equivalent in Arts, Science or Commerce stream to apply for University of Allahabad BA course. Besides, aspirants must also pass CUET-UG for admission to BA programme. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad is a goverment institute.
