The eligibility criteria are as follows:

• You should be 12th passed with 45% marks. 
• You should be a 16 year.
• You must appear for entrance exam which is Andhra Pradesh EAMCET.

There is no exact cutoff but through this you will get a general Idea.Getting into JNTUA CEA is not easy, but not impossible either. If you're a serious and focused student, especially from AP, and you prepare well for EAPCET, your chances are good.
