All the courses are equally good. Going with arts with economics is good option as it will give you degree in 2 subjects in the same time. It also depends on what you want to do after PG like UPSC or professorship.

The VIT Vellore fee for B.Tech CSE first year in year 2019 was about Rs 198000/ for first year. While from the next year you have to pay Rs 195000/. + Hostel and Mess fee.
