There are a lot of chances that you can get a seat in JNTU for MBA.

If you can compromise with the college option then you can get admission and if you have confidence, it's better to drop a year.

You don't stand a chance for MVGR College, but I can say that try for it till the 3rd round of counselling.

You are not eligible to get free seat in any EAMCET colleges of Andhra Pradesh as you have not qualified the EAMCET.

The basic eligibility for M.Sc in chemistry is as follows:
Candidates should have passed B.Sc with physics as major subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in management or commerce from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Go for the third round of counselling. For sure, you will get CSE too.
