From previous years cutoff list, seat allotment for ece ends within 12000 to 13000 rank for OC.
Unless you got any reservation, do not hope for getting ECE in mvgr college. Check the cutoff's of the college for better understanding.

It is difficult to answer this question without knowing your category and other details. You will have to check the cutoff list released by JNTU Kakinada for CSE group to know whether you will get a seat or not.

It is not possible to answer this question as it depends on the cut-off marks set by the college for CSE admissions. You should contact the college directly to find out if you are eligible. , because mvgr college is set the cuttoff manuaaly for a specific branch.
