Yes if you score more than 70% in class 12th then you have to take rajiv gandhi university. the rajiv gandhi university is also CUET entrance exam for rajiv gandhi university. This is best university for any course . The 70% is in sufficient marks for doing graduation in rajiv gandhi university.

The entrance exam is require to get addmission in is CUET (commom university entrance test ) require to pass for get addmision in rajiv gandhi university. after giving this entrance exam you can get addmission in Rajiv gandhi as per percentage you got.
