Secondly, for getting admission in any course you need.
Your marks of 12th standard, it doesn't matter more if you have failed in first year. You can continue it also by giving the exams again (supplementary exam).

A Student who has passed the degree examination of this University or equivalent thereto of any other StatutoryUniversity will be eligible to take admission for Diploma in Taxation Laws course. Duration of the course will be one year.

Because it's nirf ranking is under 100.and as it is autonomous Institute, it is one of its kind.
Also the location factor matters. I was also at Aurangabad for my Jee prep. And it has a edge over karad in all aspects, like citylife, education, travelling and all. Also there is wide range of industries related to automobile and all. So I think the job opportunities and internship opportunities are quite good.
So you should definitely prefer GCEA.
