Try to pursue it based on your interest but I would suggest you to purse chemical engineering but see to it if you are good in chemistry, go for it.

I think you need to score minimum 60 percent marks in class 12th to opt for the medical field. As per your NEET score, you can apply for private colleges, because I have heard that the cut-off for MBBS is 145 for open and 118 for SC category candidates.
