The competition for an MBA degree at Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Patna is high; a valid score in the entrance exams, such as CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT, should be obtained. A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, at a bachelor's level, and personal interviews and consideration based on prior work experience should be considered during the selection process. The total fee is around INR 5.18 lakhs; the programme lasts for two years. The institute provides good placements, but the students would have to prepare hard and get admitted and perform at their best.

Amity University Patna offers placement assistance through its Career Resource Center, but 100% placement cannot be guaranteed for all students. The university organizes campus recruitment drives, industry interactions, and internships to help students secure job opportunities. However, placements depend on various factors such as:

  1. Student performance and skills
  2. Industry demand for particular courses
  3. Preparation and interview skills

While many students do get placed through campus recruitment, it's important to keep in mind that individual effort and preparation play a significant role in securing a job.

Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Patna is slightly costlier compared to other engineering colleges in India. The B.Tech fee for the whole programme amounts to about INR 2.95 Lacs in the first year and thereafter is around INR 1.46 Lacs to INR 1.60 Lacs per annum. The M.Tech programme is charged at about INR 2.31 Lacs per annum. Such overhead hostel and mess facilities increase additional costs, so it will be very important for aspirants to consider their economical status before applying to the BIT Patna.
