As per the placement report 2023, the IFMR average package offered during the 2023 placements drive stood INR 13.50 LPA. Earlier in 2022, the average package offered stood at INR 11.21 LPA. Thus, a rise of 16% in the average package was observed in 2023 when compared with 2022. Going back to 2021 placements, the average package offered stood at INR 10 LPA.

IFMR offers good placements for its MBA course annually. In 2023, the institute recorded 100% placements for its MBA cohort of 2021-23. A total of 55 recruiters participated in the placement process and placed all 184 students in new-age job roles. The highest and average package offered during IFMR placements 2023 stood at INR 22.90 LPA and INR 13.50 LPA, respectively. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates belonging to NIOS/APOSS/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in April/ May-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared can also apply. There is no age restriction. |
| M.E./M.Tech | Candidate must have passsed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto.
