There are plenty of Pgs and flats available for both boys and girls near ICFAI Bangalore with charges you can expect around 60k per semester.
Or nearby appartments for rental will you cost you around 15k per month.
One of the best PG there is ZOLO ALTAIR it has single, twin and triple sharing roomswith cost of 20k,10k and 8k respectively with mess facilities, and free wifi.
At a distance of just 1.9 km from the college.

ICFAI Business School commonly known as IBS Bangalore is the best college for PGPM course
For MBA in IBS Bangalore CAT percentile cutoff is around 85 (for general) which mean you have to score around 60 in your exam.
Also for seeking admission in PGPM course(MBA) you must possess a bachelor's degree in any field securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

At Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology, the CGPA computation is based on the SGPA (Semester Grade Point Average) calculation. Calculating the SGPA is done as follows: SGPA is calculated as (CixGPi) / Ci, where Ci is the number of credits for a course and GPi is the student's grade. The student must maintain a CGPA of 7.0, 75% annual attendance, no back papers, UFM, or indiscipline cases in order to keep the scholarship.

Yes, you can apply with board exam marks and CLAT or LSAT scores. but do check your eligibility before applying. The ULSAT entrance test is only for those who score less than 60% marks in their qualifying exam. Thus, candidates with more than 60% marks in their board exam and undergraduate exam can also apply to study UG and PG law courses offered by the School of Law UPES. CLAT and LSAT India scores are also accepted by the institution as a non-entrance pathway for admissions to UG and PG law programmes.
