UPES is very renowned for its oil and petroleum courses. You will definitely get good knowledge by studying there. It is one of the best colleges in India. Placement cell is very good and decent. You will definitely get good job if you score good. Campus is also very beautiful in the valley of Dehradun. The domain focused programs at UPES enable students to develop skillsets and gain exposure to work in sectors driving the growth of the economy.

You know yourself better than others do. If you have good knowledge of finance, then go for it.
Regarding your second specialisation, you can opt for marketing if you want to. Initial days may be tough in the field of marketing but the condition will not be same throughout your life. People generally have misconceptions about marketing.
