First of all Maths is not compulsory for pursuing B.Com course in DU. It is compulsory for B.Com (Hons) not for B.Com. There are many colleges which provide the course of B.Com in DU. I am mentioning the name of some colleges below-
North campus:-
1. Daulat Ram College
2. Ramjas College
3. Kirori Mal college
South campus:-
1. Shahid Bhagat Singh College
2. GDV college
3. Gargi college
4. Venkateshwara college, and many more.

Cutoffs for different colleges affiliated to DU are different. General cutoff expected for B.A. MS is rank between 20k to 40k (thousand) under this rank for general category.

As you have 91% and you are from unreserved category, then it's difficult for you to get admission in north campus, you can get admission in south compus or off campus but now they conduct entrance exam for every course, so your possibilities to get admission in good college has been increased, they will give you choice in the best way that you deserve.
