You have chosen good institutions for your M.Sc. Biotechnology. But the choice totally depends on your personal preferences and career goals. AIIMS is known for its medical biotechnology research and JNU has more range of research in biotechnology. If you see AIIMS had an advantage of being a medical institute where you can get facilities but in JNU you will only lean towards research area. And also cost of living and such factors are there which you should consider.

With myriad reasons to choose an M.Sc., the choice needs to be made more on your needs rather than the college you want to focus on. What would you like to do with a Masters? Do you want to pursue higher education or is it just a buffer period where you want to spend two years thinking of what exactly you wish to go for? If we talk about B.Com the cut offs are on a higher side and since you're not from Chandigarh, it's quite difficult to get admission in B.Com
In my opinion, you should try to get admission in BBA. Because you know, College &get; Course. (Priority scale)
Select a good college & then decide what course you can get. Also, if you're willing to do a job right after your graduation, mark my words, whether it's BBA or B.Com it won't make much difference unless ofcourse you're interested in Accounts more than Management.

Yes , you are eligible to do MBA after clearing CAT exam , as for giving that exam there is no need of maths in your +2 ,so can take admission there , but you have to focus more on maths , than other subjects for preparation of CAT , and CAT cut off is 90 percentile , it's minimum one .
