Yes Definitely IGNOU degree allowed for government exams. However everyone not get selected in government jobs so this degree also valid for Private Sector jobs also. IGNOU degree worth for them who need them. Its not for everyone. You have to be very disciplined and sincere during these times. IGNOU exams are actually much harder than other private colleges. You get all material but you have to go through your own. You have to keep a keen interest in subject because there is no one to motivate you in your journey of IGNOU study.

The admission is purely merit based on the aggregate scored in the class 12th examinations. A series of merit lists are released by the college on the basis of aggregate obtained in 10+2 level. There is no entrance at the BA level. So you can get admission to it.

You have to secure marks above 80 to 90 percentile, in JEE if you are not from general categories.

There should be more practical exposure or case studies exposure for students as the life after graduation is more about practical experience rather than theoretical. Don't worry vips have college trips and students went out for outstation college trip to Goa, ooty etc. Faculty supported students in many manner apart from studies as well like organising trips, fest, moot court competition. They gave chance for competition at international levels. Vips offer 3 year graduate BCA programme and eligibility for pursuing that is 12th 50% marks obtained and entrance exam IPU CET
Vips offers 3 year Post Graduate MCA programme Accredited by NBA

The admission is based on a cut-off in the merit list. The college releases its cut-off which you can check at du.ac.in or at the college official website.

Anyone who is thinking of taking admission in FIIB please don't take it, it is a waste of money. You will cry after 2 years and blame yourself. To be honest, FIIB is not a good option! They try to convince you by giving false hopes and commitments, don't fall for that. TRY OTHERS BUT NOT FIIB ( PERSONAL EXPERIENCE). I have spent 8.5 Lacs rupees and they are giving placements of 4 Lacs rs only, 25 lakh package which they have shown on their profile is just fake. 2 to 3 students are placed only with 8 Lacs package and the rest 4. Only 30-40 students are placed till now out of 130 it is Feb.
