This is a course about the public policy process and the role you in many different capacities can have in shaping policy outcomes. This course will introduce you to analytic frameworks for thinking about various aspects of this process. We do not study a single context or policy, rather, seek to understand how policy actors succeed (or fail) in obtaining their objectives.
