This percentage does not matter, you have to fill the entrance exam and then the university will decide which college is suitable for you according to yours entrance result remember there is very few seats are available for this course. You have to score well if you want a good college for journalism.

The students must have completed their 12th level of education or attained equivalent qualification from a recognised educational school board.
The students must attain a minimum aggregate score of 50% at the 10+2 level, with English as one of the main subjects (5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates).

Hello Kundan,
Yes, the possibility is very high. Don't worry and just wait for the notifications and counselling round in which your first choice should be IP Delhi College and wait till second and third counselling round if you don't get it in first round.
All the best.

Hello Arya,
well It is not possible to get admission with these percentage as the first cut-off goes around 96% on an average every year and till the second cut-off. The seats get full for this course so I will advise you to go for some other alternative options from the start.
All the best!
