All the colleges under DU are government colleges. To name a few, there is Miranda House Shri Ram College Shri Ram College of Commerce Hansraj College All these colleges are only government colleges, there are some colleges in which the the fees is higher but then they are also government colleges under DU like Singh Stephen's College or Indraprastha College for Eomen so these are also government colleges the university as such is Government affiliated and so all the colleges under DU are government colleges. Hi Odisha, The chances are less as you're outside Delhi category student you can get a seat in VIPs but you've to wait for the counseling and there's also a round of spot counseling in that you can opt your choice of college as If the seats remains empty.

With 63%, it is impossible to get admission in Delhi University, until and unless you have any reservation quota and then you'll maybe get admission in DU College.

The minimum eligibility criteria to pursue post graduate Diploma in dietetics and public health Nutrition from Lady Irwin College is 55% in Bachelor's degree.
So, if you have passed your B.Sc in life science with more than 55%, then you are eligible for this course.

For BSc Hons microbiology, I think the aggregate of best four subjects considered most probably it is the PCB that is given the preference. You need to write about your PCB score. Also, the subjects of Honors courses are the best of four subjects which are counted but I think in your course, PCB score is considered. All the best!
