I got 99.3 percentile in paper 2 and my OBC rank is 506 can I get admission in spa or I Will have into other best college .

You can get admission in NITs with this percentile as the seats in all NITs are 559 and those who have AIR of less than 1.2k can get admission in anyone of the NITs easily. Kindly apply for the NITs which you think are good for you.

I cannot give you what exactly does EMPI offers, I can give you details of FIIB college. Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB) offers 2 years full time PGMD approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Equivalence of PGDM to MBA by Association of Indian University (AIU).
