If the choice of college is not restricted there is a chance you will get admission. You have to have patience till the 3rd or 4th cut off list.
So please reconsider other colleges as well.

343 is Common Merit Rank which is usually the parameter for calling students for counselling process but admission is given on category rank basis.

If you are getting both the marksheet and passing certificate by 30th September 2019 you can get through the process by filling up undertaking during counselling.
Please note that, if the final result of the qualifying certificate/degree (the minimum prescribed qualification for eligibility for admission to this programme) has not been declared, the candidate may submit an undertaking (Annexure-I) on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.10/- for seeking provisional admission at the time of Counselling.
