Dear Ishika,
PGDM is the program, where you can learn so many things. So, to get you corporate ready every college has this thing mandatory to come in formals. But, yes in JIMS Rohini, there are certain days on which you need to come in corporate suits only like if you have industrial visits, guest lectures, seminar, presentations, etc.
