IHM Mumbai or Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technolofy and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai is one of the renowned colleges in the field of Hotel Management. IHM Mumbai admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The institute accepts NCHMCT JEE and NCHM MSc JEE for UG and PG courses, respectively. The Institute of Hotel Management Mumbai campus spreads across 3 acres of land. IHM Dadar Mumbai offers several facilities for its students. The facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, well-furnished rooms and spacious classrooms, and full-time internet connectivity. In addition to this, the institute also offers medical and sports facilities to the students. The other facilities provided to the students of the institute include:
- Library: The IHM Dadar Mumbai Library has a huge collection of books, magazines, articles, dissertations, summer projects etc. It has a huge collection of books and magazines on management, computer science and other related subjects.
- Hostel: IHM Dadar Mumbai provides separate hostel facilities for both male and female students enrolled in the institute. The boys’ hostel can accommodate almost 800 students whereas, the girls’ hostel can offer residential facilities to 500 students. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities to make a happy stay for the students.
- Sports: The institute has world-class facilities to cater to the physical fitness of the students. It has well-planned playgrounds for every sport and activity.

- Quantity Food Kitchen: This kitchen is used to train semester III/ semester IV students in the BSc in H&HA course. It mainly is used for bulk food production and services in the dining hall (students’ mess).
- Individual Kitchen: This kitchen is utilised to train students in semesters III and IV of the BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration course. It supports the training restaurant, The Fusion, which is a formal fine dining establishment that can accommodate approximately 100 guests for a meal.
