It is difficult to get a DU college with this percentage. You can although apply for a private college, which will accept admission on the basis of an entrance test like Amity University, GGSIPU Sharda University and so on.

Sorry, but your marks are too low so you can go for private colleges otherwise prepare for NIT, JEE Mains exam. Best of luck.
