Yes. There are many universities as in Delhi University and IP university, so with 70%, that will be enough for you. The cutoff of Delhi University will be releasing in June, so you may wait for it.

Yes, you can because eligibility to MA in English is:
Minimum 50 percent in Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.

Selection criterion for B.Com Honours is based on merit. If you score as much in your boards results to clear the cut off for Ramjas you'll get admission. Kindly go through our Shiksha page which displays the DU cut offs for the last two years. Hi, the admission for certificate diploma courses would begin approximately around the beginning of June and would span for a month until the second week of July. Keep visiting the DU website for updates.
