The cut-offs for diploma courses are supposed to be out tentatively around July. Stay tuned until then. The eligibility criteria is that a student should have scored an aggregate of at least 45% in their 12th board exam after which an entrance exam will be conducted.

Thanks for putting your query in Shiksha. You will face a few percentage disadvantage in case you are changing your stream from arts to commerce in college. This disadvantage varies in case of different DU colleges. If you combine Math with Commerce in Class 12 you get a lot of advantages for your academic and professional future.
