There are a number of options regarding fine arts colleges in Delhi. Some of the institutes offering BFA or equivalent courses are DU, Jamia, Amity university, Apeejay etc. I think the best option is the DU but Pvt institutes are also good. Educational qualification that you need is 10+2 with at least 60% to apply.
