The date and process of admission for MA economics in Jamia Milia Islamia has already passed. One can only get admission, if they had applied for the admission test before.

Jamia Millia Islamia has an excellent civil engineering faculty and one of the best in the country. Moreover, Jamia is a central university and has preferable fees and location regarding exposure and coaching centers for further studies. IIIT Pune, on the other hand is a private university and with a good amount but preferable location. But if you are passionate about computer science, then you can choose the latter option otherwise I would suggest Jamia being in Delhi would be a better option.
