In Delhi, few years back cutoff for a particular category of students for admission to B Com was 98%. But don't worry. These days admissions are via a common pool and it goes strictly as per merit. Hence, you have very bright chances.

In Delhi, there are only two best colleges for civil engineering in which education is awesome and placement is secure (if you are a sincere guy). On no. first, it is DTU and the second place is of Jamila Millia Islamia.
Both these colleges admit students through JEE Mains only.

Placement for ME branch is decent through out the year and is improving batch by batch.
You will get placed in companies like:
L&T, DMRC, Bajaj, Mahindra, Honda group.

Even I don't know much about biotechnology colleges of IPU.
I only know about the first ranking college of IPU that is USBT (University School of Biotechnology).

After publication of NEET results, the first thing that you'll be facing is the All India Quota Counselling to be conducted for 15% seats. Remaining 85% counselling will be done by the state authority.
