Hi, as the admission for B.Sc is solely based on the cut off. It's difficult to get in here, but if you belong to some category you might get a chance.

There are NIT'S from low rank to high rank. So, it depends if you are getting top NIT's like NIT-Trichy, NIT- Surathkal, NIT-Calicut and as such. Moreover, DTU is one of the topmost college of the country and has a good placement record.

Yes, you will definitely get admission in JMI for B.Tech.
Last year one of my Muslim friends got admission in JMI at 109 marks (1,60,000 rank).
You have got 105 marks and your rank would be below 1,00,000 in between 50000-70000. Am I right?
So you have fair chances of getting admission in JMI.
But remember that you will get core branches like mechanical, civil or ECE, don't expect CSE.

Yes, you will get B.Arch in JMI because 50% seats are reserved for Muslim category students. You have fair chances to get into Jamia Milia Islamia.

Appear in CAT. Try to score as high as possible. If you're general category the cut off will be around 98.5. You'll be called for the GD/What/PI if you qualify and then selection will take place.
All the best.

To get admission in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering in Delhi Technological University your JEE Mains rank should be under 8- 10k. You can check previous years' cutoff for more clarification.
