Hi Tatu,
There definitely are reserved seats for SC/ST candidates in private colleges like Amity University and also in government colleges like Delhi University but it has a certain eligibility criteria of admission as well. You simply cannot be given a seat based on your SC/ST certificate but will have to meet the eligibility criteria of the university.
All the best.

Every college has its own unique features and specialty that you cannot compare with others. It depends upon what suits you best and what are your requirements in order to judge the college. As far as symbiosis is concerned, let me tell you BCA from SICSR was ranked as # 3 in India's best BCA colleges 2015 by India Today. Also if you visit the website and see the placement statistics you will see many of our alumni are in top MNC's working at the respectable position. To get the statistics of all the colleges mentioned by you, you will have to research a lot on all of these individually.
