Hello Raghav,
First, do make objectives for what specialization you want to pursue. yes FIIB is a very good college which provides PGDM in Marketing, finance, operation and International Business. placements are good. If you have other option then atleast compare colleges in terms of placements, Academics and students faculty ratio.

Jamia does have a lateral entry scheme, but it offers BE and JMI conducts its own exam for admission in the same.

Yes, GL Bajaj is good option as it is one of the best college of UPSEE so you may join this college it has better faculties, good placement record and better faculty.

I can tell you about five best colleges in Delhi, but I am not sure about their criteria.
According to my research, the best college in Delhi for M.Tech in structural are:
1. IIT Delhi (GATE, CEED)
2. DTU (GATE)
3. Guru Gobind Singh Indraptastha University (GATE)
4. Jamia Hamdard
5. Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU-I2IT)
