Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies(SSCBS) is a premier institution of the Delhi University for Bachelor of Management Studies. BMS (equivalent to BBA) students of SSCBS are able to get near 100% placement and its BMS graduates are able to get salaries equivalent to MBA graduates from Tier II BSchools.

No, you have to pursue it as you are doing.
Well, if you want to pursue BBA on a regular mode then you have to appear for the entrance test and restart from the 1st year.

If you are a resident of Delhi then you hold a chance to get in DTU, else it seems quite impossible. There is 5% reservation under CW quota. You can try for other regional colleges to get the benefit of your quota.
