Admissions will be based on the merit list based on NEET score cut-off. You need to have passed intermediate/senior School Certificate Examination (C.B.S.E.)/Indian School Certificate Examination (12 years course) with science (physics, chemistry & biology) and English or any other equivalent qualification recognised by the University with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates) in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. physics, chemistry, biology and has also passed English from regular school (except Patrachar Vidhyalaya & Open School).

There is a centralised on DU portal for general and reserved category students. There is 5% reservation of seats for candidates under ECA/ Sports quota in DU colleges.
At the time of online registration, you need to upload the certificate as an evidence of participation in a particular ECA activity. It may also be noted that the certificate should not be more than three years old.

Hi Sunny,
The selection process will be organised in two different rounds. Firstly candidates have to clear the preliminary examination. After that, shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the final examination workshop.
The essential qualification for NSD are:
You should be a graduate in any stream from a recognised university in India or abroad.
Participation in at least 6 theater productions.
Working knowledge of Hindi & English.
The NSD Admission Test will check the acting skills and aptitude of the candidate. The questions shall be related to aptitude and acting skills.

No. AIMA is not a university, it is an institute. An institute is allowed to offer diplomas and not a degree however, such degrees need to be approved by AICTE and also need to be given equivalent status by AIU to a PG degree in order to be eligible for applying in a government job specially teaching and research. AIMA PGDM is not an equivalent to MBA. It is not a full time program.
