There are no any good college for that, your 12th board percentage is not enough for engineering admission, for you have to qualifying any entrance exam like JEE or CET.

No. IHM and IIHM; both are different colleges. So both the colleges have different placement cells. IHM does not provide you international exposure and the fee structure is also not so high but the selection process is based on NCHMT while IIHM is an private college, you can easily get admission and it can provide you international exposure.

It's very difficult because 50% seats are reserved for Muslims and your rank is 41576. At this rank, your name might come in waiting list.
So, I would suggest you if you stay in Delhi, go for DTU, NSIT through JAC counselling
There, you will definitely get admission.

Admission in all the best Engineering Colleges ( IIT Delhi, DTU, NSIT, IIIT, etc ) is by JEE Mains and JEE Advanced results. You have options to appear in GGSIPU CET for Engineering to take admission in GGSIPU affiliated engineering colleges.
