For civil engineering, there is no matter of college as there are very few placements. Recently G L Bajaj had 6 placements in civil branch. So, you should try for G L Bajaj.

That cost around INR 60000 to INR 70000 along with all other expenses. IGNOU cost little bit high. Prefer Pondicherry University which is somewhat less fee. All the best.

AILET exam mainly requires time management. Write mocks frequently. Focus on GK and Reasoning. It is important that you must know your weakness and work hard too in that subject. Don't try to attempt all, select questions and try to solve maximum, and mark the rest casually.

Jamia is a minority Institute and 50% seats are reserved for Muslims. You have scored 150 I.e. just short of 50% mark. I feel you will get admission in Jamia.
