For admission to MBA programme which is to commence from June 2016, you should have applied through online admission portal by 15th November 2015. The advert was out on national dailies and online educational forums. Post which, a shortlist will be prepared based on your performance in CAT followed by subsequent rounds of admission - extempore speech and Personal Interview. Based on the aggregate score, the final admission list will be prepared.

I think you should go for Santosh medical college of Ghaziabad. This is a good college with good faculty, facilities and infrastructure. It offers MBBS and MD courses too. You can get more details by visiting its website. Good luck.

Last year, the cut off for general category was 79% in CAT. This year, for attending the group discussion, the cut off for general category is 50% in CAT. But, a score of 75% above in CAT will keep you on the safer side to get selected.

The question of quitting a good job will depend a lot on an individual choice, financial situation and risk appetite and career aspirations.
Since, you are happy with your MNC job, you could try for taking a sabbatical from your employer for completion of the course, this way you are minimizing your risk and have the guarantee of getting back to the job with the same company on completion of the MBA.
Campus packages depend on a lot of factors, wherein most of them are not in any ones control. You can check with FMS-BHU on this as they will have the required data with them.

FMS anyday rocks. The average package is around 15 lakhs with top international salary at 32 lakhs and median of 18 lakhs.
