Nit is a good university to study MBA course. The university is recognized by UGC. 70-80 % placement is there for finance. 100 % placement is there for marketing companies from all sectors such as banking, telecom.

First of all, you have to clear all the necessities for getting admission into Jadavpur University, i.e. 60% marks in PCM and 30% marks in English besides of passing in each subject in board exams etc. And, your WBJEE rank must be under 200, even better if you get it under 150. Last year, the opening rank for CSE in Jadavpur University was 1, where the closing rank was 195. That is all. You can check the official OR-CR here.

Firstly, you have to appear for the entrance exam JEE mains and after clearing mains stage you had to appear in JEE advanced stage.
For NIT, you must score below 5000 rank. If you belong to general category. If you are from reserved category, then cut off for reserved category is different from general category cut off.
