NSHM Durgapur is the better option. Its an established Institution and ranked in top HM colleges in India. And if it's help you like it.

Master of Social Work (MSW) is a full time two-year postgraduate course offered by the Kazi Nazrul University, Burdwan. The total fee is 75.50k.
As far as I know the cut off is 50% for general caste and 45% for reserved categories.
