The faculty specifically for the M.Tech program, in particular, Engineering Analysis and Design at RGUKT Nuzvid can be said to possess adequate knowledge and guidance. The students note in their feedback that one relates to the professors as friends as they offer a lot of help throughout the programs. The faculty is relatively qualified and very helpful to the students most especially in matters concerning research issues and practical lessons. 
 
However, some students have raised their concern over the faculty staff stating that the teaching staff can sometimes be stretched thin. This may affect individual approach, at least in some respects, though, in general, the quality of teaching is reported to be rather good?  

Overall, the faculty is too good and well experienced in their feild.

The department of MME has laid strong emphasis in helping students acquire practical knowledge. It has played a key role in motivating and assisting students to freely explore the resources and carry out their academic activities. The members of staff have been actively engaged in research and have undertaken research/consultancy projects. These research activities span over wide ranging fields of Welding Metallurgy, Powder Metallurgy, Surface Coatings, Friction based surface modification techniques (FSP, FSW & Friction surfacing), High Temperature Material Applications, Corrosion Metallurgy, Surface Coatings, Biomaterials & Energy Materials and Computational Materials Engineering. This has been told by the studnets of college.
