Yes, A specialised placement cell at IHM Shimla assists students in securing internships and good placements.
Students from IHM Shimla are hired by big hotel chains like the Taj Group, Oberoi Group, and ITC Hotels for front desk, F&B, kitchen, and housekeeping positions. Additionally, food production companies such as Nestle, Britannia, and Haldiram's place their students. A few also work as caterers for airlines.
The average package is approximately 3.5–4 LPA, while the highest package  reach up to 8–9 LPA.

The Institute of Hotel Management Guwahati (IHM Guwahati) has not released its 2023 placement statistics, but some of the top recruiters in the past years include Park Hyatt, Westin, Tommy Hilfiger, The Park Hotel, and others. The salary offered to the students ranges from Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month based on the hotel star. On the other hand, the Jaypee Business School does not have great record of the placements.

ITM Ghaziabad accepts various examinations like CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT scores. As per the latest cutoff range since last year, 90 Percentile should be enough get admission in IMT Ghaziabad. However one can't be totally sure, since actual cutoff may or may not vary by a high range. Minimum expected cutoff through CAT for IMT Ghaziabad is 90 Percentile.

In 2023, Jaipuria Institute of Management set the cutoff percentiles for the PGDM programme based on the CMAT entrance exam. General category students were required to achieve a minimum of 85 percentile.

Similarly, for the 2023 admissions at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, a percentile of 85 in ATMA was necessary for general category students. The CAT cutoff for the institute in 2023 was 50 percentile.

Comparing cutoffs over the years, the CMAT cutoff increased from 75 percentile in 2021 to 85 percentile in 2023. On the other hand, the qualifying percentiles for CAT, MAT, ATMA, and XAT remained consistent year by year.

Jaipuria Institute of Management (JIM) has campuses in Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur, and Indore.

The expected cutoff percentiles for the Noida campus in 2024 are as follows:

- CMAT: 85 percentile
- CAT: 25 percentile
- MAT: 75 percentile
- ATMA: 85 percentile
