The IHM Bengaluru has 285 seats available for its BSc programme . To get a seat in IHM Bengluru you should have completed class 12 and have an aggregate of 50% marks in the class 12 examination. You have to attend the NCHM JEE Examination after 12th class. Admission is based on NCHM JEE scores. The total tuition fees is 3.2 lakh for this course. The admission cut off for this year was 2151 for B.sc admission.

The annual fee for BSc programme at IHM Bengluru is 1,22,250 rupees. It is a three year course so approximately it will cost around 3,66,750 rupees excluding hotel fees application fee . Hostel fee may vary from year to year, the average hostel fee is 75,000 . If you are willing to opt for single or double or triple sharing rooms then you will be charged seperately.
Single room cost :- 10000 /-
Double sharing room cost :- 8000/-
Triple sharing room cost :- 6000/-

Since it is a government establishment institution getting an admission is purely merit based. The procedure to get admission in IHM Bengaluru is that you have to qualify your 12 class with English as your compulsory subject then you have to attend the national council for hotel management joint entrance examination (NCHMCT JEE) . It is purely a computed based test (CBT) . You have to qualify in this examination to get admission in here. Payment of the seat acceptance fee is 20,000 rupees and you shoukd upload the required documents. BSc at Institute of Hotel Management Bengaluru is top ranked Institute in India whereas the Institute of Hotel Management Delhi is ranked 1 in 2023. The fee structure is almost similar to the IHM Bengaluru and IHM Delhi, and the packages offered here in Delhi and Benguluru are somewhat convincing. The benguluru IHM students got 8 LPA as the highest package offered by top companies in 2023 and the IHM Delhi offered 7 LPA as the highest package.

As per my knowledge we have around 300 students who are pursuing their hotel management course from Institute of Hotel Management Bengaluru. Out of them 90%-93% got placed with a good package. The highest package was 8LPA offered by Samsung . Other recruiting companies of our college are Taj Hotels, Hyatt, etc. Even if your don't get placed here in the campus recruitment drive, you will surely be helped by the college management to get placed .

Diploma in Food Production: INR39,020 per year
B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration: INR 49,955 per semester
M.Sc. in Hospitality Administration:INR 180,000 per year

Admission in Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management Chandigarh can be difficult and competitive.
- The eligibility criteria for the B.Sc course, is to have passed the 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject from a recognised board.
The entrance exam for the B.Sc course is the NCHM Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMJEE) which is conducted online and tests individuals on numerical ability, reasoning, English language, G.K and aptitude for service sector
After that Candidates must register online and select their preferred institutes. Seats are allocated solely on the basis of merit and rank.
There is no entrance exam for the diploma

IHM Bangalore and IHM Delhi are both top-ranked hotel management institutes in India, with excellent placement records. It is difficult to say definitively which institute has better placements, as it can vary from year to year.
