Ishan Institute of Law offers three degree courses at UG and PG levels. The institute offers a five-year integrated BA LLB programme at the UG level and LLB and LLM at the PG level. The duration of LLB programmes is three-years and two-year for LLM. Admission to the courses is both merit and entrance-based.

Candidates have to pay a total academic fee of INR 1.20 lakh for LLB programme at Ishan Institute of Law. The fee is valid for three-years of LLB course. Ishan Institute of Law offers BA LLB at the UG level. Candidates need to complete Class 12 in any stream with at least 45% aggregate to apply for BA LLB. Hence, aspirants with 60% aggregate can get admission in the BA LLB programme offered by the institute. For admission to all other courses, graduation is required. 

Ishan Institute of Law admission is both entrance and merit-based. The institute selects candidates for admission to BA LLB and LLB courses based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. For admission to LLM, Aspirants need to pass an entrance test conducted by CCSU. Selected candidates have to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.
