ITS Engineering College offers courses such as BTech and MBA in full-time mode on the basis of merit and entrance scores. The College offers these courses for the duration varying from 2 years to 4 years. Admission to UG level courses require Class 12 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 45% to 50%. Whereas, for admission to PG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. In addition to this, candidates must secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams.

ITS Engineering College MBA is a 2-year programme offered at the PG level. It is offered through the college's School of Management Studies (SOMS). Being a dual-specialisation course, it allows students to choose two of the available specialisations. These specialisations are Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, etc.
MBA admission at ITS Engineering College is based on the applicants' performance in CUET PG, followed by the UPTAC counselling. Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% and must have appeared for CUET PG. The minimum aggregate required in the case of SC/ST candidates is 45%.
