GLBIMR is specially focused on management and business administrative courses whereas GNIOT is a technology and management course. As per report MBA programme from GLBIMR is better than GNIOT .There are 240 seats in MBA at G. L. Bajaj 80% of the students enrolled in MBA are placed. Average Package offered remains around 5-6 Lacs per annum and the highest goes around 12-14 lakhs. Both the institute have good placement and many big companies visited the both of the institute. Student can choose any one of them according to their interest.

GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research offers MBA specialisation in Human Resource Management, Finance, International Business, Marketing, Information Technology, and Operations. All of the specialisation is quite good and all of the specialisation MBA programmes have provided better placement opportunities. As per previous reports and trends, many students enroll in Finance and Marketing specialisation. However, it all depends on individual background and their interest. All specialisations have good opportunities and high future scope.
