Every IILM university MBA student gets 'IILM Money' worth INR 75,000 so that students engage in value-added activities during MBA. You can use it to fulfil your career aspirations by gaining skills of your choice.

There are total 22 credits, which include subject specialisation, industry specialisation and exploratory credits. Total of 12 are for subject specialisations, 6 credits for industry specialisations and 4 for exploratory course options.

This test holds 20% weightage and is conducted exclusively for MBA applicants. Analytical thinking is assessed in this Group Discussion. A panel with at least two faculty members assesses the candidate. Once this test is completed, candidates undergo Personal Interviews. A final review of credentials is conducted, and then a reference check is completed.

These are courses to give you practical experience for building careers in a particular industry. Industry pathways cover internships, industry-relevant projects and mentorship. Some of these courses include Retail Management, Green Energy and Sustainability, Aviation Operations, BFSI, Venture Capital and Private Equity and Family Business Management.

These are the additional courses that help in gaining knowledge in other fields for interdisciplinary learning. Computer Science and Technology, Public Policy, Law, Psychology and Media, Communication and Journalism are some of the exploratory courses. These hold four credits.

This initiative is for a period of 3 semesters. The first semester is the Foundation stream which focuses on communication and personal effectiveness so that students become confident. Semester 2 is learning hard-skills and soft-skills like leadership, critical thinking and teamwork. The third semester is about becoming corporate-ready through industry mentorship, placement preparation and advanced professional skills.

Capstone project aims to help students learn through experience to tackle real-world and complex problems for corporations to demonstrate the ability to analyse, startegise and deliver actionable solutions. It is aligned with DRS for role validation and conversion.
