Gautam Buddha University provides BTech programs requiring students to have passed 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects, plus Chemistry, Biotechnology, technical vocational subject. Minimum of 45% marks & 40% for SC/ST is required in these subjects combined. Admission is based on Gautam Buddha University Entrance Test or JEE Main scores.

To be eligible for the MBA programme at Gautam Buddha University students must have graduation degree in any discipline with minimum of 50% aggregate marks and 45% for SC/ST.
