MBA course may go by the name of PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) in some colleges and PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management) in some colleges like MDI, Gurgaon. There is no difference between the two. So, to answer your question, yes it is good to pursue the PGPM course from MDI, Gurgaon.

I got 96 percentile last year. Yes, there is sectional cutoff for MBA in MDI-G. It varies from 70-80 percentile.
