The minimum qualification is just 10+2. Such Candidates are taken in after interview for the position of cabin crew. Others who are graduates can also allowed for various other roles as desired by the organisation.

Jet Airways keep conducting walk-in interviews for the position of cabin crew across all their Network. At present also the interviews are ongoing. After shortlisting the candidates they are take to the Jet Airways Training Academy for further grooming and company SOP.

Airlines appoint Flight Dispatchers for flight planning and obtaining ATC and MET briefings and to brief the pilots accordingly and other duties enlisted in the company's operational manual. Appointment as a Flight Dispatcher requires the students to be fully trained and approved by DGCA.

Go for EEE i.e. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as it has high scope, and it will give you what you want. But do it in good colleges, like in NIT or IIIT or IIT.
