To be eligible for admission to Sophia College for Women, candidates must meet the following criteria

• For undergraduate programs (BA, BMM, B.Sc, B.Sc IT), candidates must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board.
• For postgraduate programme (M.Sc), candidates must have completed graduation in Science subjects from any recognised university.
• Candidates are required to achieve at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation (10+2+3) level.
• Admission is based on merit in the last qualifying examination.

For admission to the BMM program, candidates who have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the Maharashtra Board are eligible. For admission to the MBA program, candidates' CAT or MAT or XAT or CMAT score is considered, which contributes to 45% weightage during the admission process.

STEP 1: CPJ College Application Process 

CPJ College application process is carried out in online mode. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the admission form. Eligible students can visit the college official website to apply

STEP 2: Entrance Exam

For admission in UG programmes (Except law courses), admission is based on merit in the IPU Common Entrance Test (CET). In addition, for BA LLB, BBA LLB, and LLM courses, aspirants need to have a valid score of the CLAT exam. 

STEP 3: Release of Cutoff List

A cutoff list is released to indicate the minimum qualifying marks for admission to a course. Aspirants with a valid score in the respective exam become eligible for next selection round.

STEP 4: Counselling

Candidates with a valid score can participate in counselling conducted by GGSIPU for all the affiliated colleges. The college reserves only 10% of seats for the management quota and the rest 90% are available to the general category.
